01 Effective 30 September 2026

When these terms apply

These terms take effect on 30 September 2026. That is also the date of the last amendment. From that day they cover any appointment you book and any inquiry you send, and any order you sign in the salon.

An order signed before 30 September 2026 stays on the terms you signed. We do not move a bride onto new wording halfway through her gown.

02 The salon

Who you are dealing with

These terms are between you and Spinabride, trading at spinabride.us under the name SPINA Bride. We are a bridal shop in NYC, a small salon in West Chelsea. The postal address, written out in full: 132 10th Ave, New York, New York 10011, New York, New York, United States.

Phone +1 646-630-7052. Email [email protected]. The stylists who answer those are the same people who run the fitting room, so a question about these terms reaches someone who applies them every day.

03 What the site does

What this site is for, and what it is not

The site describes the salon, the four silhouettes on the rail, how a bridal appointment in New York works with us, and how to reach a stylist. It carries an inquiry form and a support chat. That is the whole of it.

It does not sell anything. There is no cart, no account, no checkout and no card field anywhere on it. It cannot reserve a gown, hold a sample or fix a delivery date. The photographs show gowns on the rail at the time they were taken; a designer can retire a silhouette, and the rail changes when that happens.

The salon itself is where the work happens: trying on, measuring, ordering, fitting and collection. See appointments and fittings for the visit, and about the rail for how we choose designers.

04 90 minutes

The appointment

An appointment is 90 minutes. One bride is in the salon at a time. We never book two brides into the same slot and we never run a shared floor, so the time is yours and nobody is waiting on the sofa for the platform.

Bring up to three guests. The sofa seats three, and we do not add a fourth chair. Most brides know by minute 50. A bigger party slows that down every time.

A booking is confirmed only when a stylist replies to you by phone or email with the date and time. A form sent through this site is a request, not a booking. If the stylist cannot offer the slot you asked for, we offer the nearest ones we have.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we see you for what is left of the 90 minutes. We cannot push the next bride back to make up the difference.

05 48 hours

Rescheduling and cancelling a visit

Move or cancel an appointment at least 48 hours before it starts and there is nothing more to it. Call or email and we find you another slot.

Inside 48 hours, the slot has usually been turned away from another bride. We will still try to move you. If the same booking is missed twice without notice, we may ask you to book the next one by phone rather than through the form.

Fittings after an order follow the same 48-hour window, with one difference: a missed fitting can push back the finishing work, and we tell you by how much when you rebook.

06 Inquiry only

An inquiry is not an order

Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. Where the site describes a price basis, it is a description of how a gown is priced, never a figure you can hold us to. Any number a stylist gives you by email or chat before you have tried the gown is an estimate, not a binding quote.

An inquiry becomes an order in the salon, in four moves. You try the silhouette on. We take your measurements. The stylist writes out the designer, the gown, the options you chose and the price in USD. You sign that order form. Until you sign, neither side is bound to anything.

The order form is the document that governs the gown. Where it says something more specific than these terms, the order form wins.

07 Priced in USD

How a gown is priced

All prices are in US dollars. Each silhouette has its own basis, and the basis is what moves the number:

  • A-line and ball gowns in silk tulle: by designer and the number of tulle layers.
  • Column and sheath in silk crepe: by designer and the length of the train.
  • Fit-and-flare in re-embroidered lace: by designer and how much of the gown the lace covers.
  • Separates and short civil dresses: per piece.

A price changes when the gown changes. A longer train, extra layers, added sleeves or a different lining all go back to the designer and come back with a new figure, which we write onto the order before any work starts. Veils, belts and hair pieces are priced on their own at the final appointment.

Alterations are always quoted separately, after the first fitting, once the seamstress has seen the gown on you. We do not quote alterations from a photograph. Sales tax is added where New York law requires it.

08 16 to 24 weeks

Orders and the designer’s cut

Most of our designers cut to order. Plan on 16 to 24 weeks from signed order to the gown arriving for its first fitting. Ask us before you set a wedding date that is closer.

We will not promise a delivery date before the designer confirms the cut. The confirmation comes in writing from the atelier, and we forward the date to you when we have it. Until then, any timing we mention is our experience of that designer, not a commitment.

We will not sell you a sample as new. If a gown has been tried on, we tell you, and it is written on the order as a sample.

Payment terms, including any deposit the designer requires before cutting, are set out on the order form and agreed in the salon. They are never taken through this site.

09 8 weeks out

Fittings and alterations

Book the first fitting eight weeks before the wedding. The most common mistake is booking it three weeks out, which leaves no room if the bodice needs rebuilding. A final fitting follows about two weeks before the date.

Silk crepe shows every seam, so we fit it twice before anyone touches the hem. Tulle and lace are more forgiving at the hem and less forgiving at the bodice. The in-house seamstress sets the number of fittings for your gown and tells you at the first one.

Alterations are a separate agreement from the gown. The seamstress writes out what she will change and the price, and you sign it before she cuts. If your measurements change by more than a size between fittings, we quote the extra work before doing it.

10 7 days

The guarantee at collection

When you collect, you check the gown with the stylist in the fitting room: seams, closures, beading, lace edges, the hem. You then have seven days from collection to tell us about a fault in our alteration work or a manufacturing fault the designer is responsible for.

Tell us inside those seven days and we repair our own work at no charge. For a manufacturing fault, we take it up with the atelier and do the repair or arrange the replacement part the designer agrees to supply.

The guarantee does not cover wear from the wedding itself, stains, damage in cleaning by someone else, or alterations made elsewhere. It does not remove any right you already have under New York or federal consumer law.

11 24 months

How long we keep what you send

An inquiry and its email copies are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Chat transcripts are kept for 6 months. Server and access logs are kept for 90 days. The record of your cookie choice is kept for 12 months.

The detail on what we collect, the advertising platforms that send visitors here, and your rights under the CCPA/CPRA and other state laws is in the privacy notice. Cookies and click identifiers are covered in the cookie notice.

12 Use of the site

What you may not do here

Use the form and the chat to talk to us about appointments, gowns and fittings. Do not use them to send advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful, and do not send inquiries in another person’s name.

Do not try to reach parts of the site that are not linked from it, probe it for weaknesses, overload it, or run scripts that scrape the text and photographs. Do not copy the designers’ gowns from our photographs for resale.

13 Ownership

Who owns the words and pictures

The text, the photographs, the layout and the SPINA Bride name and wordmark belong to Spinabride. The gown designs belong to the designers who cut them. You may share a link to any page, and you may save a photograph for your own planning. You may not republish our photographs or text, or use the wordmark, without written permission from [email protected].

14 As is

What the site does not promise

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, but colours on a screen are not the colour of ivory silk in the salon, and a photograph cannot tell you how a bodice sits on your body. Try it on.

We do not warrant that a silhouette shown is still on the rail, that a designer will still be taking orders on a given date, or that the site will be available without interruption. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a delivery date, a fit or a price.

15 Limits

The limit of our liability

For anything arising from use of this site alone, where no order has been signed, our liability is limited to the extent New York law allows, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or rearranged plans.

For a signed order, our liability for the gown and our alteration work is limited to the amount you paid us for that gown and that work. We are not liable for a delay caused by a designer or in transit once we have told you about it in writing. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

16 Refusal

When we can refuse or withdraw access

We may block a device, an email address or a phone number from the form and the chat if it is used against section 12: spam, abuse of a stylist, false bookings or attempts to break the site. We may decline an appointment request we cannot serve, for example a party of eight or a wedding date inside the designer’s cut time. Withdrawing access to the site does not cancel a signed order; that is handled under the order form.

17 New York

Governing law and disputes

These terms run under the law of New York, United States. A dispute is heard in the courts of New York. Before that, write to us. Most disagreements about a gown are settled on the platform with a pin and a tape measure, and we would rather have that conversation first.

18 Last amended 30 September 2026

How a change is announced

When these terms change, we publish the new version on this page and change the effective date and the last-amendment date at the top and on the rail. A change applies to appointments booked and orders signed after the new date. If you have an open order and a change would affect it, a stylist tells you by email and your signed order stays as it is.
